  • Usage Data – We track general usage patterns (e.g., how often users engage with the AI) to improve the experience.
  • Payment Information – When you subscribe to our service, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes payment details securely.

We do not sell, rent, or share your chat data with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

We store conversations to:

  • Improve AI Accuracy – Analyzing chat data helps refine responses and make interactions more useful.
  • Identify Common Issues – We review anonymized interactions to see what types of questions users ask and how the responses could be improved.

Anonymization: Before any chat data is reviewed, we remove or mask the account information (name, email address, etc) so that the data is anonymous. Conversations are stored with encryption, and our team only accesses anonymized data for analysis.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide seamless account management and payment processing, we partner with third party services:

  • Memberstack (user accounts and subscriptions)
    – Memberstack handles user accounts and subscription management. They collect personal information such as names and email addresses to facilitate account creation.

  • Stripe (Payment Processing)
    – Stripe processes payments for subscriptions. They collect payment details and billing information to securely process transactions.

Memberstack and Stripe do not have access to your chat interactions within our app.

4. Data Deletion

  • If you request account deletion, we will delete your account data (including chat data).
